Ling Long, located in Sanlitun, one of the most prosperous areas in Beijing, and hidden in the historic Bei Zhaolong Hotel. Starting from the fall of 2019, a new vision of dining came to Beijing. Chef Jason Liu and his team firmly embrace Chinese culinary roots but audaciously incorporate Western techniques, respect the heritage but challenges the conventions.
