Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the PM to support UI/UX design. Includes: defining strategic goals, user journeys, wireframes and user flows.

· Deliver high-fidelity and pixel perfect, detailed specifications and designs that support the delivery of software applications.

· Communicate concepts, ideas and articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders.

· Work closely with other UX designers, engineers and testers to ensure that delivered software is aligned with the design intent.

· Support PM to facilitate quantitative and qualitative UX research. From designing customer surveys and conducting market research to contextual enquiry and usability testing of prototypes.

· Support PM to facilitate design workshops that co-create solutions with key stakeholders.

· 和协同工作人员交流设计想法及设计决策

· 支持PM做相关用户体验调研，从用户需求的调研设计，到市场执行研究及原型可行性的测试

· 协助PM完成设计研讨会，和相关人员合作并产出解决方案

Ideal Profile

· 1-5 Years of UX or UI design work experience in digital technology.

· baccalaureate’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or behavioral science discipline.

· Ideally with 1 year or more work or study experience in an international environment.

· Self-starter - you take ownership of your work and you’re intrinsically motivated to create the best possible design for our users.

· Growth-mindset - you’re innately curious and love trying different design methodologies and frameworks.

· Native-level Chinese proficiency. Conversational-level English proficiency.

· You're familiar with building both mobile and desktop applications.

· You’re an expert in design tools such as Sketch / Photoshop / Figma / Balsamiq.

· You're passionate about Hospitality and designing the future of living.

· 拥有人机交互学或其他相关设计、行为科学学科的学士学位

· 一年以上外企或国外工作/学习经历

· 自我驱动力强，能够主导工作，为用户创造***设计

· 具有学习成长意识，拥有好奇心并且喜欢尝试新的工作方法与设计工具

· 出色的沟通能力，能使用英文流利沟通交流

· 熟悉移动端和网页的设计

· 精通Sketch / Photoshop / Figma / Balsamiq等设计及原型制作软件

· 对酒店公寓及设计未来居住方式有浓厚兴趣

Ling Long, located in Sanlitun, one of the most prosperous areas in Beijing, and hidden in the historic Bei Zhaolong Hotel. Starting from the fall of 2019, a new vision of dining came to Beijing. Chef Jason Liu and his team firmly embrace Chinese culinary roots but audaciously incorporate Western techniques, respect the heritage but challenges the conventions. Ling Long and its “Re-fine Dining” philosophy aim to presents an opportunity to explore, rediscover, savor and most of all, to enjoy.
