甜品主厨 

一、岗位职责：

1、负责新品蛋糕、甜品、西点等开发、研制、试做工作；

2、生产成本的监控、产品质量的控制、成品从原材料、储存、生产、售卖过程各环节都严格管控，确保食品安全；产品风格的稳定；

3、完成领导交待的其他事项；

4、帮助后厨进行简单的配菜和厨助工作；

二、岗位要求：

1、熟练掌握国内外先进烘焙专业技术，具备新品技术研发能力；

2、专业技能精湛，能熟练完成制作工艺流程；

3、熟悉烘焙理论知识及相关专业理论知识；

4、同行业工作3年以上，持相关证书优先；

5、餐厅以法甜？？为主，也会涉及烘焙和饼干？？月饼等。

Ling Long, located in Sanlitun, one of the most prosperous areas in Beijing, and hidden in the historic Bei Zhaolong Hotel. Starting from the fall of 2019, a new vision of dining came to Beijing. Chef Jason Liu and his team firmly embrace Chinese culinary roots but audaciously incorporate Western techniques, respect the heritage but challenges the conventions. Ling Long and its “Re-fine Dining” philosophy aim to presents an opportunity to explore, rediscover, savor and most of all, to enjoy.
