职位描述JOB DESCRIPTION：

工作职责RESPONSABILITIES：

1） 对于LING LONG的酒水/服务全面的了解To have complete knowledge on beverage / service provided by LING LONG

2） 贯彻LING LONG的服务标准Follow all LING LONG service standards

3） 确保酒水服务的流畅性Insure the smoothness of the drink service

4） 按照标准做好餐前准备工作Mise en place and setup the bar and cafeterie following standards

5） 通过专业的良好的工作态度传达餐厅的正面形象Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude 　

6） 确保所有的材料，器械和家具被合理的利用及定期清理Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned

7） 时刻掌握客人对于餐厅的反馈以确保满意度Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction 　 　 　

8） 对主管和领班汇报相应信息Relay information to captain and supervisor

任职要求REQUIREMENTS：

5） 1年西餐厅同岗位工作经历1 year experience at same position in western restaurant
