Stey is a new solution to urban living, offering modern urban professionals a smarter, more connected and exciting way of living. Combining traditional hospitality with the smartest digital solutions, we have created an innovative balance of home, co-living space and hotel. Founded and headquartered in Beijing, we are on our way to establish Stey communities across Asia, creating the perfect --natural living and lifestyle environment for the urban nomad.

Our offices are located in the heart of Beijing’s CBD, next to Guomao / Kerry center.

About your role

You will join Stey’s growing dynamic digital team of 12+ people from diverse backgrounds.

You will be responsible for building an innovative property management system (PMS) unique in the hospitality industry, combining operational and financial systems, online services, cutting edge integrated smart home technology and digital community.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on all aspects of our digital product, from back-end operations systems to user facing apps.

Key Responsibilities

· You interact with all other stakeholders (business, marketing, operations, finance) to understand their needs, and align on the priorities

· You will strive to streamline our internal and external business processes through the design of tools, apps and systems covering our full customer journey

· You collect feedback and data from our users (guests, as well as internal employees) to improve usability, and streamline operations

· You create new concepts from inception to launch of MVPs, you discuss with all stakeholders and document user stories, draw wire-frames, work with our designer and iterate to prototypes

· You own your product, you are an ambassador for your solutions and are not afraid to support your decisions in the best interest of our users and guests

· You motivate the digital team and get them excited about building great features

· You drive the development team by clear and precise direct communication and by providing supporting documentation when needed

· You work in an agile setup, maintain the product backlog and make sure you stay ahead of implementation to maximize the development team efficiency

Ideal Profile

· You have 7+ years of work experience in a process driven environment and you are preferably from a top university, but more importantly…

· You are a strong logical problem solver; you love to experiment and embrace new challenges

· You have experience with developing back-end systems, and you have successfully implemented complex business logic in your previous projects

· You like to work with a small team and are excited about joining a growing company

· You like to share your enthusiasm and get other people stimulated to work on your product

· You are not afraid to look for unconventional solutions but also know when state-of-the-art is best

· You might not know how to code well, but you understand technology and implementation challenges

· You are flexible, you are not afraid to work on multiple domains at the same time (back-end operations, data analysis, CRM tools, smart home, social and community features…)

· You have a hands-on approach, you can draw wire-frames, express your ideas through sketches and document them in formal writing when needed

· You love to test your own prototypes and products to ensure the best quality and experience possible

· You are a great communicator, you can lead a discussion and see value out of conflicting points of view

· You think about users first, and you are able to keep this at the center of discussions with other stakeholders

· You are preferably fluent in English

在Stey，你将负责构建酒店行业***创新的物业管理系统(PMS)，将运营、金融系统、在线服务、尖端集成的智能家居技术和数字社区相结合。

这个职位将使您有机会全方面设计我们的数字化产品，包括后台管理系统及面向用户的App。

岗位职责

· 与内部部门（业务、市场、运营、财务等）进行有效沟通，以了解他们的需求并确定优先级

· 负责工具类、应用程序及管理系统的产品架构规划设计，不断优化迭代提升产品、运营效率

· 收集用户反馈和监控数据，以提高产品使用性能，提升用户体验

· 依据需求创建产品需求文档，并绘制原型图

· 对产品负责，能提供需求解决方案，为了用户的***利益能坚持你的决定

· 能激励团队成员，并让他们对开发新的功能感到兴奋

· 通过清晰明确的沟通驱动开发团队 ，能提供准确的产品需求文档

· 在敏捷开发的环境中，能维护产品backlog，并确保需求设计的迭代速度，保持团队的开发效率

· 7年以上流程驱动型环境下的工作经验，***是来自***大学，但更重要的是......

Ling Long, located in Sanlitun, one of the most prosperous areas in Beijing, and hidden in the historic Bei Zhaolong Hotel. Starting from the fall of 2019, a new vision of dining came to Beijing.
