职位描述JOB DESCRIPTION：

工作职责RESPONSABILITIES：

1） 知悉LING LONG提供的菜品、饮料知识To have basic knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by LING LONG 贯彻LING LONG的服务标准Follow all LING LONG service standards

2） 确保服务的流畅，按时完成餐前准备工作Insure the smoothness of service with on-time food delivery

3） 按照标准完成餐具的清洁。Mise en place and setup the restaurant following standards

4） 通过专业的良好的职业态度传达餐厅的正面形象Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude

5） 将顾客的讯息准备地传达给领班 Relay information to direct captain

6） 完成领班传达的后续的任务General maintain of working area and restaurant

7） 正确地使用餐厅设施器械并保持清洁Use properly and keep clean all materials, equipment and furnitures

8）在服务菜品时小心谨慎，尊重主厨原创Handling and deliver dishes carefully, respecting the chef set up
