VAUTID (Shanghai) Wear Resistant Material Trading Co., Ltd （hereinafter VAUTID China） is a whole wholly-owned subsidiaries of VAUTID GmbH. VAUTID China was founded in 2005, responsible for China market. VAUTID China opened offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Yinchuan, Chongqing, Changsha, Kunming, Urumqi. VAUTID set up two joint ventures for welding wire production in China, one is in Zhangjiagang, the other one is in Wuhu.
法奥迪（上海）抗磨损材料贸易有限公司（下称法奥迪中国）是德国法奥迪公司的全资子公司。法奥迪中国公司成立于2005年，负责产品在中国的销售，目前在上海、北京、银川、重庆、长沙、昆明、乌鲁木齐都有办公室或入驻销售代表，并在芜湖和张家港分别设立了合资工厂生产焊丝。
