Sales Manager, Eastern China (Some Provinces / Cities)

华东(部分省市)销售经理

Responsibilities职责:

1) Execute sales activities directly or through agents and distributors;

开展销售工作，直接销售或者通过代理和经销商；

2) Develop and implement a plan to achieve the sales targets and successful relationship with customers;

制定和执行计划，完成销售任务，并与客户维持良好的关系；

3) Identify market opportunity and monitor the competitive environment.；

识别市场机会，收集竞争对手信息；

4) Forecast and report Sales, Sales activities and potential projects；

预测和汇报销售进展以及潜在项目；

5) Identify possible “Value-Added” Projects in order to create more profitable solutions beside the pure sale of welding-wire；

识别可能的高附加值项目，创造除了纯粹焊丝销售之外的、利润更高的方案；

6) Guide his existing customers as well as potential new customers along to buy “value-added solutions” from VAUTID China.

激发和引导已有客户以及新开拓客户的需求，接纳和采用法奥迪公司的高附加值方案。

Requirements要求:

1) Age: 25~35 years old;

年龄介于25岁至35岁；

2) Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Material, Welding or Metallurgy Engineering related;

本科毕业，机械、材料、焊接工程或冶金工程相关专业；

3) Good command of written and oral English；

熟练的英文说写能力；

4) At least 5 years working experience in sales/marketing for heavy industry or related industries;

在重工业或者相关行业至少5年的销售和市场工作经验；

5) Integrity, honesty, independence;

正直，诚实，独立；

6) Travel up to 50%.

能够适应高达50%的出差频率。

Located in Shanghai.

Salary薪水:

Base salary + interesting variable income component

VAUTID (Shanghai) Wear Resistant Material Trading Co., Ltd （hereinafter VAUTID China） is a whole wholly-owned subsidiaries of VAUTID GmbH. VAUTID China was founded in 2005, responsible for China market. VAUTID China opened offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Yinchuan, Chongqing, Changsha, Kunming, Urumqi. VAUTID set up two joint ventures for welding wire production in China, one is in Zhangjiagang, the other one is in Wuhu.
