公司成立于2011年，由多位海归人士创立，总部设立于北京，分别在上海、成都和香港设有办公室。截至2014年公司共有员工20人，中国和外国籍员工各半，公司国际氛围浓厚。
As of end 2013, we have grown to include Chinese and foreign staff with working experience all around the world, and been serving over 100 SME China entry cases successfully through our offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Hongkong.

公司主要分为外资来华和落地咨询事业部及媒体策划事业部。
Our Companey has China Entry Solution Providing Unit and Media Planning Unit.

其中外资来华和落地咨询事业部主要客户包括来华发展的欧美企业、中国境内大型国有企业和事业单位。我们为所有客户提供专业的商务和管理咨询服务以及解决方案，并受托承担相关的项目运行。目前，公司主营业务包括外资来华和落地咨询服务，境内企业海外渠道拓展外包，媒体策划和销售。
As a part of our core business, we provide one stop China entry solutions for SME clients operating in multiple industrial sectors including healthcare, clean technology and bio-agro.

媒体策划部主要负责成都辖区超过200座亭附户外广告媒体的代理。
Media Planning Unit is performing as an exclusive agent to over 200 outdoor advertising media at Chengdu area.
