职位描述：
Responsibility:
Facilitate to set up local supplier panel of Schmitz Wuhan based on localization supplier sourcing strategy.
Follow up supplier development progress and open issues until its closure and approve supplier PPAP in line with project timing plan.
Monitoring Supplier Performance Quality Rating on a monthly basis and schedule follow up audits and reviews for assigned suppliers.
Champion supplier PPM reductions and problem solving (i.e. focus on poor performance suppliers, critical Issues, high PPM, fields returning…)
In charge of incoming inspection for purchasing assy/components and raw material.
Maintain Supplier quality documentation (Supplier APQP/PPAP files, supplier performance records, evaluations, containment activities, etc.) per supplier
Facilitate Supplier’s continuous improvement （e.g. VA/VE, Kaizen…).
Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.
Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Science, Technical or Business)
Knowledge for welding
Experience in APQP and PPAP required
Strong problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills required
Ability to read and understand engineering drawing, measurement and/or scales gauges
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, flexible, result-oriented, team spirit
Good verbal and written communication skills required, Oral and written English is a must
Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, MS Outlook…
More than three years quality development or SQE experience strongly preferred 举报 分享
