Schmitz Cargobull Trailer (Wuhan) Co., Ltd is a joint venture company by DFG and SCB Holding GmbH with 50:50 stock ratio, mainly focus on semi-trailer development, manufacture and selling. Total investment for JV is over 8 hundred million RMB with an expected annual production capacity of 40 thousand. Combining the leading industry reputation, advanced vehicle manufacturing experience and thorough market service network of DFG and leading semi-trailer skills, strong semi-trailer development technology and integrated oversea selling network of SCB Holding GmbH, JV will become the industry leader of Chinese semi-trailer market and the QCD benchmark of the world semi-trailer industry.
