KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage the planning function for the project.
2. In consultation with relevant project personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.
3. Update schedules on a regular basis to accurately reflect current status of progress.
4. Amend schedules to reflect changes to the project scope.
5. Responsible for the efficient and effective project implementation of Sure Track/Primavera software for the project to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
6. Develop and maintain s-curve reports and provide overall progress reports and other matters related to schedule as required by the Project Manager.

COMPETENCIES
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or minimum 5 years relevant industry planning/scheduling experience.
2. Competent in planning and organising work schedules.
3. Knowledge of Primavera Software P3 or P3E.
4. Ability to read technical drawings.
5. Broad knowledge of marine and materials handling construction.

6. MUST have structural steel fabrication experience.

The main procurement effort is focused on pre-fabricated heavy steel structures, pre-cast concrete panels, piperack & mechanical modules, site accommodation units, steel piles and other infrastructure related items.
