工作概要
  1、负责公司成本系统，与生产部门紧密合作，通过各种改进项目降成本；参与库存管理，分析并降低成品和原材料库存风险；准确核算生产工单成本和研发工单成本；参与年度及季度预算预测编制，协助分析实际与预算差异等。
  Lead costing function and work with operations team to drive cost reduction projects; Participate in inventory control, analyze and reduce inventory risk; Prepare costing budget and forecast, analyze variance between actual and budget, etc.
 主要任务和职责：
  1、负责ERP成本系统维护，保证系统数据准确完善；ERP costing system maintain
主导成本月结，协调生产运营部门与会计部确保成本数据准确入账并合理分摊；Take charge of costing closing, coordinate operations and accounting team, ensure costing data in system are correctly booked and allocated.? 
2、与工厂相关责任人进行沟通，主导完成单位成本核算分析，并督促各种成本改进项目按时完成，以持续改进降低成本；Lead costing and closely work with operations team, drive cost saving projects and push continuously improvement
3、与市场部进行合作，分析不同产品毛利率，为市场扩张提供支持；Work together with marketing team, provide financial supporting for business development
4、监督存货状态，分析成品和原材料库存，列出呆滞报废风险，并督促相关部门改进；Inventory management, analyze and control D&S risk and push improvement 
5、编制成本周报/月报和季报，分析差异并解释原因，为管理层决策提供支持；Weekly / monthly and quarterly reporting
参与年底预算编制，协调督促工厂各相关部门及时提交成本数据，检查合理性；Participate in budget and forecast process, coordinate and consolidate operations data 
6、负责与审计对接，协助审计师完成各项成本审计工作；Support Audit
7、协助FP&A部分工作。Support part of FP&A work
     岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，财会相关专业; Bachelor degree and above. major in finance or accouting
2、2年以上相关工作经验，半导体行业优先; 
3、跨部门沟通能力 Stong communication skills accross functions.
