Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：
Project Management(Product Localization period, within 12 months)

- Define goals, content and schedule of assigned localization projects with global project manager Ring Spinning G32

- Technical issues solving, support of localization and production etc.

- Responsible for sub-projects in Ring Spinning G32 project team.

- Together with project team, project manager evaluates, adjusts project status and finds solutions for bottlenecks to meet the agreed schedule

- Give technical advice and instructions to the sourcing team and support them actively on the supplier site when critical parts have to be sourced

- Build prototypes of localized products together with production team.

- Prepare 0-series production together with production engineering, logistics and assembling

- Prepare and hold the briefing meeting and transfer the project into the series production after free for sales

- Manager engineering changes and maintain the drawing database

Production Line Management(Series Production period, after 12 months)

- Develop effective Production line team (hiring, training, motivate…)

- Manage Material Planning (including BOM and MRP, Management of the material turnover)

- Management Assembly Line (Assure Quality, On time delivery, Productivity, Assembly according working instruction, safety)

- Management Production Engineering (Define Assembly line and warehouse working process, routing, cycle times, improve process, layout, tools, jigs, and work instruction)

- Warehouse Management (Production preparation, inventory management)

- Project Work (continues improvement of the production process in cooperation with the OpEx team / suggest necessary investments and improvements)

- Quality management within the production line in close cooperation with Quality team

- Assessment of the feasibility of C orders and implementation

Job qualifications/任职条件：
- Bachelor degree, preferable mechanical engineering or industrial engineer

- At least 8 years work experience in a comparable field

- Project management training

- Certificate of PMP is an advantage

- Technical and functional know how of the products;

- Skilled with industries production process;

- Experienced in Kaizen methodologies (continuous improvement)

- Experienced in QC-methods

- Decisive

- Coordination

- Strong project management skills

- Team work spirits

- Oral expression skills

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Stronger leading ship to coordinate different function within the process.
