Key Responsibilities：
？ Organize on-site Service activities for Baggie Handling System in ZhengZhou T2 Terminal.
？ Plan, execute and monitor of all BHS operations and maintenance service.
？ Instruct and supervise Site Service team about routine maintenance activities.
？ Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, European Remote Hotline support and China Support engineer onto service support activities.
？ Perform quality checks on all service/maintenance process as above.
？ Communication contact window to Airport, improve and achieve 100% score onto customer satisfaction.
？ AR payment tracking and achievement.
？ Regular reporting, report draft and consistent improvement.
？ HSE site activities process and monitoring.


Required Qualification：
？ Major in engineering background, electrical, IT, Automatic, Mechanical are preferred, Bachelor degree or the same.
？ Experienced on partnership with customers or enterprise with government owned background.
？ Min 2 years experienced with team leader, with stable subordinates; experience of leading technical engineer team is preferred.
？ Fluent in both Written and Oral English.
？ Willing to work in ZhengZhou site. 举报 分享
