职位描述：
Responsible for the overall project management of GES new equipment development through engineering stages to manufacturing ramp up.
Main contact window with customer on any project related activities.
Develop relationships directly with customer teams including process engineering, equipment engineering, production and supply chain management.
Understand customer’s application and development requirements and take full ownership for deliverables per customer’s schedule.
Coordinate with internal team to ensure all project deliverables meet customer demand in timely and cost effective manner.
Follow the customer and GES development process and ensure compliance of team members.
Define the whole project timeline based on the tasks to be performed.
Partner with engineering teams to perform First Article Inspection of mechanical parts and subassemblies, and system capability evaluation.
Develop the overall management of project risks and opportunities with adequate contingencies and mitigation plans.
Communicate and report project status and engineering activities to customer and internal team.
Understand critical technical details of the equipment and application to effectively communicate with customer and engineering team.
Manage change in mechanical parts, SW and function, and ensure correct execution by supplier and final deployment in equipment.
Lead the technical and systematic solution for any problem during project stages.
