1. Participate in the formulation of business sales strategy, specific sales plan and sales forecast.参与制定企业的销售战略、具体销售计划和进行销售预测。
2. Organize and manage the sales team to achieve the sales target of the company's products.组织与管理销售团队,完成企业产品销售目标。
3. Control the sales budget, sales expenses and the balanced development of the sales target.控制销售预算、销售费用与销售目标的平衡发展。
4. Recruit, train, motivate, assess the staff, as well as to assist the staff to complete the task assigned targets.招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工,以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标。
5. Collect all kinds of market information and competitor's information, and timely report the feedback to the superior and other relevant departments.收集各种市场信息及竞争对手的信息,并及时反馈给上级与其他有关部门。
6. Participate in the development and improvement of sales policies, make it standardized and systematized to adapt to the development of the market参与制定和改进销售政策、规范、制度,使其不断适应市场的发展。
7. Responsible for the development and support of agent and distributors负责代理商与经销商的开发与扶持。
8. Responsible for sales channel lay-out, open up new customers to form a new growth point:负责销售渠道布局,开拓新的客户,形成新的增长点。
9. To assist the superior to deal with the market crisis public relations.协助上级做好市场危机公关处理。
10. To assist in the development of enterprise products and enterprise brand promotion programs, and supervise the implementation of programs 协助制定企业产品和企业品牌推广方案,并监督执行。
Requirement任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree majored in commercial or engineering . 商业或工程类学士学位。
2. 5+ years experience in building materials industry of Industrial field . 5 年以上工业领域的建材类销售经验。
3. 7+ years experience in sales team management .7年以上销售团队的管理经验。
4. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing .较强的市场营销知识。
5. At least 8 years experience in the development and management of agents.8年以上的代理商开发及管理的经验。
6. Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 良好的英文听说读写。
7. Excellent communication skills.出色的沟通技巧。
