Key accountabilities Plans
Develop and recommend product portfolio and brand strategy for CT-HD Space
Develop and recommend marketing plan and specific offers for the CT-HD product
brands
Develop and recommend marketing communications for the CT-HD product brands.
Develop and recommend marketing support materials and research needed to execute
the plan most effectively.
Execute all agreed consumer/ brand marketing initiatives with excellence
Monitor implementation of progress vs agreed KPIs
Consumer Insights: Knowledgeable of consumers and their profile, psychographic, purchase and oil change habits and behaviour, preferences, needs and wants (both functional and psychological; hidden and unhidden);
Customer Insights: Understanding of customers and their requirements, including: volume, material and shipping specifications, contractual needs, relational preferences, grounded in a knowledge of their business objectives and strategy, decision processes, organization, technology, and manufacturing processes;
Partnership and teamwork: Understands the unspoken meanings and motivations of others, even in highly subtle or "political" situations, inside or outside the company;
Measuring Market Success: Consistently adapts plans on the basis of the KPI’s. Develops finely tuned KPI’s to measure subtle objectives not measurable through standard means;
Customer-Service Orientation: Implies a desire to help or serve others, to meet their needs. It means focusing one’s efforts on discovering and meeting the customer or client’s needs.
Essential Education University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related field. MBA holder will be an added advantage.
Essential experience and job requirements -Minimum 6 years related working experience preferably in operation marketing and brand/product management, and strategy development; Preferably in FMCG environment with extensive consumer marketing and advertising and B2B marketing experience
-Relevant consumer/retail/B2B experience in China will be essential.
-Fluent both in English and Mandarin
