职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for managing the engineering data, such as Well File etc.；
2. With advance remote monitoring system SCADA, while on shift in the Operation Control Center you will monitor the on-site drilling operations；
3. Responsible for managing Client Instructions, such as Geological Support, Well Design, work orders, etc. Maintain good communication with all Stakeholders；
4. Responsible for recording and reporting all drilling operations, incidents from the monitor system, and notify field crew of any unsafe work practices they are engaged in；
5. Responsible for managing the drilling analysis, and maintain regular shifts drilling reports, data analysis and improve drilling operations efficiency；
6. Responsible for providing reasonable solution to drilling operations failures and down hole problems, remain aware of current drilling operation status, maintain good communication with all stakeholders；
7. Follow the VGM instruction. Mentor and train Junior Drilling Engineers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor and Above，major in Drilling Project / Petroleum Project;
2. 5-10 years drilling operation or management experience;
3. General drilling ability, CBM drilling knowledge, General machinery, Directional drilling knowledge, Steering Tool and software operation;
4. Verbal Presentation Skills, Ability to Lead Small Groups and Organization Ability;
5. General engineering software operation, and English Speaking;
6. HSE, Well Control, H2S highly regarded but not essential。

2、 在操作控制中心使用SCADA高级远程轮班监控系统监控现场钻井施工;
3、 负责客户指导，如：地质支持、井设计、工作指令等，并和利益相关者保持良好的沟通；
4、 负责记录和报告监控系统内所有钻井施工、事故，并告知现场人员不安全作业活动；
5、 负责管理钻井分析，保持常规班次钻井报告，数据分析，提高钻井施工效率；
6、 负责为钻井操作故障和井下问题提供合理的解决方法，跟踪钻井工作状态，并和利益相关者保持良好的沟通；
7、 服从领导，指导和培训初级钻井工程师。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，钻井/石油工程专业；
2. 5－10年钻井作业和管理经验；
3. 可进行常规钻井、具备CBM钻井、常规机械和定向钻井相关知识，转向工具和软件操作；
4. 有口头陈述、领导团队和组织能力；
5. 会操作工程软件，会说英语；
6. 最好有HSE、井控和硫化氢相关知识。
