- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in ZIBO,we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer/制造工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Development of manufacturing concepts and manufacturing technology(machine selection,manufacturing processes);

design the function test to ensure that it is suitable for production;

investment (innovations, capacity expansion, replacement, optimization) according the budget of manufacturing and testing tools;

- Analyze and track the root cause of equipment downtime and take actions to improvement;

- Advices and consults production in term of new manufacturing technologies and productivity increase of existing equipment;

- To oversee and manage the manufacturing operations and ensure machine cycle time, takt time and people balance ;

- Other tasks assigned by superiors;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Minimum 5 years experience in solution business area of wiring accessory or relative factory;

- 5 years of experience in traditional manufacturing solution,such as injection,punching,assembly,etc. experience in semi and full automation devices,such as metal punching,bending,welding,and assembly;

- Be familiar with Machanical design;

What else do I need to know?

- Be familiar with WA(Wiring Assessories) products, Lean production concept, Thermoplastic mould knowhow, WA Product development Experience;

- Bachelor and above in Mechanical engineering;

- Good communication skill and team work spirit;

- Good English skill;
