Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for:

Cashier

The Role: This position would take care of Treasure and Tax part of business group Premium Technology Components (PTC) in China for legal entity European Excellent Textile Components (Changzhou) Co. Ltd. He or She should have good knowledge of accounting and foreign exchange payment and collection. He or she should be highly potential and willing to take extended job scope. He or she will report directly to Head Finance ACEET Changzhou.

The Clients:

Our clients are mainly the spinning mills in China.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The EHS Officer is responsible for respect and implementation of all national laws with regard to EHS as well as the official and Rieter EHS instructions / directives / regulations and guidelines at the company.

· Daily cash in and out, expense claim. Cash counting and finish monthly cash report accurately. Safeguard related documents, password and assets.

· Process e-bank payment transactions and manual payment transactions timely and accurately.

· Timely declare foreign exchange payment and foreign exchange collection, delay payment in SAFE and make sure correct documents provided. Prepare foreign currency payment.

· Timely collect bank slips and statement from banks and pass to the related accountants for processing.

· Prepare bank accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis and solve deviation on 1st day of monthly end closing.

· Bank account management and keep liaison with banks to follow up regulations.

· Prepare monthly and annual tax return keep liaison with State & Local tax authority.

· Support Head of Finance and other team members to prepare routine financial and controlling reports.

· Other task assigned by Head of Finance.

Qualification:

The Ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

· University major in Finance / Accounting

· Minimum 2 years accounting or Cashier experience and in large Chinese organization or a international MNC with manufacturing environment is preferred;

· Strong Excel skill and communication skills required.

· Eager to learn, energetic, and hard-working.

· Experience in working with ERP system SAP is preferred.

· Good in written and spoken English.
