1、 负责进出口货品的报关、查验及各种单证的制单；
2、 负责协调海关、商检、查验及公司内部清关事宜的联络；
3、 负责加工贸易手册的备案、增补、核销以及手册量的管控；
4、 货物需装柜时到场监装，如遇海关查货，应到场进行监督整理货物，重新封箱；
5、 完成工作相关报表；
6、 及时与客户对帐；
7、上级主管安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、持报关员证；
2、有相关工作经历三年以上，熟悉报关流程；
3、工作细心负责，具备较强的沟通及处理问题的能力；
4、工作热忱，对数字敏感；
5、较强的英语听、说、读、写能力；
6、了解SAP系统
1. Responsible for booklet application and cancellation in time
2. Take charge in company’s customs and CIQ affairs such as equipment, spare parts and other import and export goods
3. Obtain/prepare paperwork including invoice, packing list, waybill etc for smooth customs clearance and get necessary approval or license on as-needed basis to get the job done
4. Organize and tracking import and export transportation
5. Maintain good relationships with customs, Commodity Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ), Foreign Exchange Regulatory Bureau (FER) and local government, attend related training and meeting organized by Customs and CIQ
6. Able to bring to certain economical proposal to management team which is in line with relevant policy
7. Maintains records as Customs, Entry- Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau required
8. Conduct annual review for official documents related to import and export business. Obtain and update the Enterprise Rank Certificate
9. Coaching and developing customs staff skills and capabilities
10. Perform other duties as assigned by customs supervisor
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in logistical or International trade major
2. Above 5 year’s foreign invested company experience in related field, custom declaration license is required
3. Good PC skills
4. Good oral and written English skills
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills
6. Strong in problem-solving and negotiation skills
