for a Front Office Manager to join our motivated and energetic team at Crowne
Plaza Zhengzhou.

You'll be responsible
for managing all aspects of the front office (for example guest registration,
porter services, business centre, telephone services, concierge services, and
guest reservations) to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the
brand to life.

Ideally, you’d
better have the following required skills or qualifications:

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店、品牌和公司与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。Communication
skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

良好的写作技能。Good writing
skills

·
精通微软办公软件及前台操作系统。Proficient in
the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

·
具有解决问题、推理、号召、组织和培训能力。Problem solving,
reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

·
在管理团队方面具有较强的领导技能。Strong
Leadership skills in managing teams

·
精通英语口语及书面英语。Proficient in
English Language oral /written

·
具有5星级酒店工作经验。5* Background

·
管理复杂关系的能力。Ability to
manage complex relationships

·
具有酒店行政管理，商业管理或相关的学士学位。Bachelor’s
degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent

·
目前在同级别酒店担任前厅部经理或拥有3年以上前台或宾客服务管理经验。Currently Front Office
Manager in a equal size hotel, or 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service
management experience.
