for a Director of Food & Beverage to join our motivated and energetic team
at Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou.

You'll
be responsible for managing food and beverage operations to ensure quality
service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations concerning health, safety,
or other requirements.

Ideally, you’d
better have the following required skills or qualifications:

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店、品牌和公司与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。Communication
skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;
demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that
reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company..

·
基于完成书面工作、管理报告、采购、收货、收发指令等应具备的读写能力。Reading and
writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management
reports, ordering and receiving inventory, and giving and receiving
instructions.

·
数学运算技能，包括基础数学、编制预算、利润/亏损、百分比等。Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting,
profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.

·
具有解决问题、推理、号召、组织和培训能力。Problem solving,
reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.

·
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。Alcohol awareness
certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as
required by local or state government agency.

·
酒店管理、餐饮艺术或相关专业的学士学位。Bachelor’s
degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management,
culinary arts, or related field

·
精通英语口语及书面英语。Proficient in
English Language oral /written

·
具有5星级国际连锁酒店工作经验。5* Background with
International Hotel Chain

·
目前担任餐饮总监或10年以上相关工作经验，包括至少3年管理经验。Currently
working in the position of Director Food & Beverage or 10-year of related
experience, including management experience for at least 3 years.
