for a Director of Human Resources to join our motivated and energetic team at
Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou.

您将负责管理人力资源系统，包括人员招聘、薪酬福利、员工关系、认可奖励计划及培训计划，并确保所有政策适用于酒店团队成员。打造并促进积极的团队文化，确保为客人带来独特的品牌入住体验。在人员相关的问题方面给总经理及管理团队以辅助及建议。

You'll be responsible for managing Human Resources program,
including recruiting/employment,
compensation, benefits, employee relations, recognition programmes, and
training programmes, to ensure policy compliance for hotel team members. Build
and promote a positive team culture while ensuring our guests’ experience is
unique and brings the brand to life. Coach and counsel General Manager and leadership
team on all people-related issues.

Ideally, you’d better have the following required skills or
qualifications:

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店、品牌和公司与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。Communication
skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

具有本地劳动和雇佣法的知识。Knowledge of
Local Labor and Employment Regulations.

·
精通微软办公软件。Proficient in
the use of Microsoft Office。

·
具有解决问题、推理、号召、组织和培训能力。Problem solving,
analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

·
好的写作技能。Good writing
skills

·
精通英语口语及书面英语。Proficient in
English Language oral /written

·
五星级酒店工作经验。5* Background

·
具有人力资源或商业管理学士学位。Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

·
4年相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。4 years of
relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related
experience.
