职位描述：
Title: Station Manager
Working City: Zheng Zhou
Job Description
1. Report to Line operation manager
2. Ensure that handling services provided to Airasia X by GHA/GSA/3rd party are performed in accordance with the appropriate and agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and handling agreements and charges match services provided
3. Ensure no safety issue during daily operation
4. Ensure OTP at station
5. Compliance to station regulatory audit process
6. Ensure all station manual be updated and under control
7. Ensure effective and efficient managing and administering of station
8. Attend all meeting with related department as Airport authority , CIQ , GHA, GSA , local AOC etc
9. Complete station monthly/daily report timely
10. Ensure optimum payload ,safe, efficient and on-time dep of flt
11. Ensure handling process of pax , baggage, and cargo in accordance to company’s procedure
12. Co-ordinate and monitor the GH’s performance to meet our SVC standard
13. Ensure all compliance of the company’s accounting procedures at station
14. Keep HQ informed latest local policy
15. Liaise with local related department CIQ, Catering , airport authority , hotel , transportation company etc to ensure smooth handling of AirAsia X flight
Requirement:
1. 5 years or above foreign airlines operation supervise experience
2. Microsoft knowledge (word/excel/power point etc)
3. Excellent interpersonal and Team work spirit
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Be able to work under pressure and long hours
6. Good English writing and listening skill
7. Bachelor degree
8. Able to handle tough or difficult case
9. Be familiar AEP , LERP
10. High computer literacy and excellent presentation skills
11. Be familiar with SGHA/ASA
