职位描述：
1) 根据与客户的沟通，准确解读客户需求，进行产品工业设计及独立提案；
2) 参与产品设计研究工作，把握设计方向和设计风格；
3) 参与产品项目质量和流程管理；
4) 独立完成产品设计或设计阶段性工作。
5）无作品上传者一律不予安排面试
 
任职资格：
1) 专科以上学历，工业设计专业毕业，具有三年以上产品设计工作经验， 具备系统设计分析能力，成功上市产品5件以上并附图或网页链接
2) 熟练运用设计软件，专业能力强；
3) 设计思维活跃，能较敏锐的洞察吸收新的流行元素，对造型、色彩、工艺、表面处理有充分的感知和把握能力；
4) 具备较强的独立提案能力，项目理解能力和客户沟通能力；
5) 具有良好的职业道德素质，能吃苦耐劳，工作细心，责任感强；
6) 创新意识强，具有良好的沟通能力和协作精神，性格开朗，做事积极主动，勤奋踏实；
