职位描述：
This position is for IKEA China Expansion, so high mobility is a must. The training store is Suzhou, but after one to two years in the training store, it is required to move to other cities to work where IKEA opens new store.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with the country Retail Supply Integration team to secure highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team considering country positioning campaigns, commercial calendar and local store activities.

-Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store.

-Work actively with the commercial team with the range change process, led by the commercial team, by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales starts, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities.

-Maximize a successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering in line with the commercial calendar.

-Work actively together with the Goods Flow Manager in analysing stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.

-Support the Logistics Manager and Business Navigation Manager with the analysis of stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.

-Contribute to the Store Business Plan and Logistics Action Plan and ensure implementation of agreed logistics actions in the store business plan within the Sales and Supply Support team.

-Set goals based on agreed KPIs and monitor the Sales and Supply Support teams performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly.

Requirement:
-Experience of working in a retail and/or logistics role, with previous experience of leading others.
Problem-solving experience

-Proven record of meeting goals, deadlines.

-Ability to identify need for and drive change in ways of working.

-Experience in creating and implementing short-term plans and following up goals.

-Ability of setting and implementing action plans and providing clear direction and following up goals.

-Show potential to apply tactical and operational thinking.

-Ability to inspire and engage others.
