职位描述：
SQE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

- On site quality control if some potential risks are defended, prepare quality improvement plan with supplier.
- Help the supplier to find out root cause of the quality deviation if needed,
- provide suggestions to supplier for improvement and reducing defects, follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Review quality documents before FA delivery.
- communicate with design team regarding to solve the problem if needed.
- follow up corrective actions.
- Judge inspection report of mass production parts.
- Create 8D report and verify supplier actions in time.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years SQE working experience or mechanical engineer at least.
- Major in mechanical
- Familiar with machining, welding, assembling process
-Equipment manufacturing experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
