职位描述：
1. 负责QA部门各类相关数据报表的统计分析；
2. 处理客户质量投诉，调查根本原因并采取有效措施，回复客户改善行动报告/8D；
3. 参与公司内部以及外部审计，配合部门主管维护公司ISO9001&ISO14001管理体系，促进内部体系的保持和持续改进；
4. 协助部门主管完成本部门日常运作管理；
5. 完成上级委派的其他任务。

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，机械-英语相关专业；
2. 熟练操作计算机，熟练运用OFFICE软件；
3. 能用英语进行熟练的听、说、读、写；
4. 有3年以上的质量控制经验或客户投诉、客户服务相关经验；了解ISO以及质量相关问题分析/统计手法，能熟练制作8D报告等；
5. 熟悉机加工，半导体模具组装等工艺；良好的沟通协调能力和分析、解决问题的能力；良好的团队合作精神和抗压工作能力。、
