岗位职责;

1、负责协助保洁经理完成所管辖区域卫生环境作业情况的监督检查；

2、负责团队人员的培训、辅导、考核、岗位异动；

3、负责落实执行公司人力资源、财务、运作等各项政策、标准、制度；

4、负责及时处理和反馈客户需求，做好客户沟通维护；

岗位职责：

1、大专以上学历，酒店管理、物业管理等相关专业；

2、2年以上酒店行业、服务行业或社区管理经验；

3、良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力、团队意识和抗压能力；
