职位描述：
1、在销售阶段，为销售团队提供技术支持。包括：协同甲方进行勘察现场以及工程量的计算，提供可行的技术方案及图纸，并解答客户提出的相关技术问题，需要时协助经销商完成工程验收工作；
2、负责产品的安装以及安装资料的收集、整理、汇报；
3、负责产品的售后服务工作，包括对产品的维修及操作人员的培训；
4、对经销商进行培训，使其能够安装并维修公司的产品；
5、协助质量部处理客户质量问题的投诉等工作；
6、总结、归档产品的维修记录，并提出产品的改进建议和方案。
7、完成上级主管交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械类专业毕业，年龄在40岁以下，***优先；
2、3年以上设备安装或设备维修工作经验者；
3、熟练使用Office 办公软件及AUTO CAD绘图软件；
4、可进行简单的英文沟通者优先；
5、诚实敬业，良好的沟通协调能力，吃苦耐劳，适应经常出差。
