Zunyi Hailontun Tea Farm Camping Resort Tea Farm resort is a new unique hospitality development near Zunyi. Part of developing the Unesco Heritage Site, this unique Camping will offer 5 star Hotel services to initially 66 individual stand alone accommodations scattered over the Tea farm. Offering 5 star services, this new model blends within the natural green environment and offers its future guests unique experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
? Develops and executes strategic, marketing, sales, and operational sustainable activities, producing positive results for Tea Farm Camping Resort /Execute Business Plan approved by Legend
全面负责商业战略规划，市场，销售，以及日常运营的规划和执行。确保茶山露营地的良好运营。确保传奇集团商业计划的良好执行。
? Achieves the yearly physical & financial targets of Tea Farm Camping Resort whilst maintaining motivated employees and satisfied guests
实现露营地项目的年度发展指标，达到年度财务目标要求，激励下属，维护客户关系
? Provide overall direction and guidance to strategic and operational activities with focus on guest satisfaction, growth and profitability
制定完整的商业战略规划和日常运营的方案，关注客户满意度、项目的持续发展和良好收益。
? Day to day leadership of Department Heads to all operations functions
负责日常管理，带领各部门负责人实现高效运营

REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
1. Minimal 5 years experience with a proven success track record as General Manager or Division head in hospitality industry;
五年以上总经理职位或酒店类企业部门负责人的成功经验
2. Fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
精通汉语，粤语和英语
3. Strong social skills combined with a focus on performance
优秀的社交能力，并且注重绩效
