职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 协助总经理制定公司现代灯渠道的发展战略规划、经营计划、业务发展计划；
2. 负责本部门市场的销售渠道建设，编制并执行行业营销计划；
3. 负责本行业重点客户的开发，客户的组织与管理；
4. 负责本部门市场活动的策划、组织与推广；
5. 负责市场调研、产品分析，对竞争产品进行研究与监控，提供市场运作的建议和产品建议，并根据市场动态变化进行营销思路调整和创新；
6. 负责销售团队的业务指导、计划管理、人员培养，领导团队建设；
7. 达成销售指标。

岗位要求：
1. 5年以上现代灯、灯饰或建材行业销售工作及管理岗位经验者优先；
2. 熟悉建材行业，5年以上建材行业销售工作经验，3年以上销售管理岗位经历；
3. 具有敏锐的市场感知，较强的营销团队建设能力，
4. 自觉严谨、敬业、自信，有高度工作热情、优秀的沟通与开拓能力，较强的观察力和应变能力。 举报 分享
