职位描述：

Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to manage suppliers and raw material delivery to ensure continuity of material Supply as well as the inventory in proper level.
2. Sourcing for new suppliers and manage local and global sourcing projects. Ensure the supplier chain can support Filterpor in a timely action and good attitude.
3. Develop and follow suitable level I and level II KPI in consideration of the KPI's of Purchasing team. This KPIs has to be highest level of accuracy and must report timely on a monthly base.
4. Drive and Work with quality team to solve material quality issue timely and effectively;
5. Create/maintain and optimize documentation associated with assigned processes. Ensure documentation is complete and reflects actual practice.

6. Lead team to manage material properly and achieve cost down target, ensure company is getting the best price on a timely basis. Provide strong support to team whenever needed;
7. Coach, develop and inspire team members.Training and selection of employees, reserve management employees for the procurement of training
8. Support new projects and deploy it to the team accordingly;

9.Finish the assignments from top managerment well.

Requirement:
1. University degree, preferably SQE engineering background.
2. Minimum 8 years of purchasing and supply chain experience, preferably in a Multinational company.
3. Good communication skills and coordination as well, easy to work with and capable in handling the team building, employee training and section department management.

4. Good team management mindset and skills;
5. Good written and verbal English, and Chinese.
6. Good computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets.
7. Strong analytical capabilities, negotiating skills.

8. Can work under pressure.
