职位描述：

工作职责(Responsibilities):
1.负责管理生产部整体运作, 确保生产过程严格遵守公司方针或政策。
Managing the production operation, make sure production process strict compliance with all company policies.
2.评审生产订单及生产计划，负责生产管理，保证按时完成合格产品。
Review production order and schedule，manage production to make sure finishing good product on schedule.
3.评审生产部生产运作报告,带领团队进行差异分析并采取有效的措施。
Reviews department report of production operating，analyze reason and take effective action to any variance .
4.督导生产工程人员进行生产设备的维护和管理，为生产提供相应技术支持,保证生产按计划完成。
Pushing PE conduct management and maintenance to production equipment, offer technical support to production to make sure production plan adherence.
5.推动和执行精益生产和持续改善,使用价值流和单元生产等工具优化生产过程，提高效率,降低报废，消除浪费，有效控制工时。Promote lean and Kaizen, utilize VSM, cell line and other lean tools to optimize process to improve efficiency and scrap, eliminate waste, effectively control labor hours.
6.负责生产过程中的质量检查工作，解决权责范围内的质量问题，确保符合IRIS2009/ISO14001质量体系的有关要求，及符合FDA,GMP要求Manage related quality job and solve quality issue in production process, ensure to comply with suitable content of IRIS2009/ISO14001
7.负责产品标识的管理和工作环境的维护，推动和领导本部门的5S和EHS活动。
Control labeling and traceability to product, maintain work environment driving 5S and EHS activity at prod.
8.培训和激励生产团队，确保其工作按时完成;管理生产作业人员的技能培训，确保培训合格后方可上岗。
Train and motivate team, ensuring the work completion on time. Manage production worker skill training to make sure them qualified before on job.
9.参加管理评审，与相关部门的沟通与合作。
Participate management review, communicate and coordinate with other departments.
10.其它指定职责。
Other assigned duties.

任职条件:
任职资格(Qualification) :

◆大学本科或以上，主修管理或工程Bachelor degree or above, major management or engineering
◆外资企业工作经验5年以上和生产管理的培训More than 5 years of experience at foreign company and related management training
◆5年以上生产管理工作经验，电子行业优先Minimum of 5 years of experience on production management, prefer electronics industry
◆良好的英语能力Fluent English
◆擅长微软办公软件Good at Microsoft’s office package
