职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Follow up production line issues, for example: material, operation method, machine & fixture, environment, qualified operator.
？ Follow up corrective & preventive actions implementation and verification of CAR released by production and OQA.
？ New product following up and find out and resolve design, material, process, fixture problem to reduce potential problem and ensure the product reliability and feasibility for smoothing MP run.
？ Drives relative people & department to take corrective action for quality continuous improvement.
？ Daily production line audit and nonconformance correct, work with relevant departments to come out preventive solution.
？ Participate in customer complaint and feedback from next process disposal and improvement.
？ Issue Production Stop request and Production Release
？ Purge the defective materials in production line, monitor related department to separate them and deal with them as MRB result.
？ Take over QUAL QC CN inspector training and qualification.

Requirements:
？ Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
？ At least 3 years’ solid experience in electronic manufacturing field. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control software
？ Familiar with FG assembly manufacturing flow and quality control methodology.
？ Familiar with QC tools such as 6 sigma, FMEA, 8D, SPC.

Special Skills, abilities and knowledge required:
？ Familiar with multinational customer requirements and expectations
？ Must be assertive and analytical with leadership qualities
？ Good command of both written and spoken English
？ Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
？ Familiar with the products of Mixers, Amplifiers, loudspeakers etc. 举报 分享
