Strategic Marketing for the region
Market intelligence
1. Analyse market including market research, geographic analysis, competitive environment, demand, new application field, internal analysis (sales, Operation, geographies), in order to define the market size, growth, trends, competition watch, market attractiveness and support decision making and growth strategy, using all the Marketing analysis tools (market research, store check , Euromonitor, GNPD...)
2. Dentify and anticipate customer/market requirements and feed the Innovation pipeline
3. Based on competitive market analysis determine portfolio gaps, price positioning and price strategy for your region
Product Portfolio management and Product Management
1. Manage Fine mist and tube product launching process : Provide the tools and product expertise for the sales teams to be effective and support customer presentations, develop/implement launching plan, do sales presentation, customer visits, ensure feedback and corrective actions when needed.
2. Analyse potential partner and build relationships when needed
Operational Marketing
Sales support
3. Develop the right tools to promote the solution internally and externally for the region
4. Push sales in other regions with products manufactured in the region
5. Provide the tools and knowledge for the sales team to be effective and communicate value propositions through the sales organization.
6. Screen region website inquiries (make initial contact for details) and forward relevant leads to sales
Customer presentations
7. Liaise closely with sales and other internal functions to develop and perform customer presentations based on needs and opportunities.
8. Promote Albea innovations (manage local samples room)
Sales training
9. Support the update of the training materials and ensure training programs
Trade Show
10. Liaise with the marketing communication team to help define to appropriate communication vehicles and messaging.
Market and Competition watch
11. Do market and completion watch (magazines, stores, fairs…)
12. Provide quarterly Marketing research report
Website support
13. Provide information to Communications on regional products
14. Identify new products launch and work with Sales to get approval on key Brand launches to allow Albéa to show them on the Albéa website
