职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、材料.外购件等来料进行检验，防止不合格物料流入生产线，并做好检验记录
2、按照物料检验标准对相关来料进行检验，资料对比，出具来料检验报告
3、跟进车间反馈信息，有必要时到仓库复检
4、当判定不合格需要退货时，必须由上级复核确认，并提供不良品检验报告交于相关部门，并要求签名.
5、做好产品的标识，盖印，签名等.
6、做好每一个供应商的品质统计分析，周报，月报，并报告主管，对供应商进行评估，出具体的评估报告。
7、IQC是对外窗口，IQC人员必须树立良好的形象，礼藐待人，廉洁办公
8、对不合格品进行”标识－隔离－评审－处理”等措施.
9、努力配合各个部门工作
