职位描述:
1. 监控中山办公室所有部门日常工作的正常运行,处理重大异常,确保公司运作Monitor normal operation for all daily work of ZS office, handle with abnormal issues, and ensure company’s operation.
2. 保证所有项目与订单达到总公司要求,确保实现公司质量目标Ensure all projects and orders meet company’s requirements and achieve the quality target.
3. 提供商业建议,协助公司高层决策Provide business suggestions, assist top management’s decision making
4. 协调公司各部门内部关系及与挪威总公司的沟通,确保内部沟通顺畅。Coordinate internal relationship of each department and the communication with Norway to make sure smooth internal communication.
5. 协调与供应商、客户、合作机构等相关外部单位的关系,确保良好合作关系,有效处理工作。Coordinate the relationship with suppliers, customers and other outside cooperated parties to ensure good & efficient cooperation.
6. 复核各部门主管所发出的指示的合理性和正确性,并协助主管解决问题Double check the rationality and validity of the indication issued by the supervisor and assist supervisor to solve the problems
7. 传达公司的要求,指示各部门的工作方向,教导正确的工作思维与工作方法,优化工作流程,达到公司的目标Transfer company’s requirements and instruct the working direction of each department. Coach staffs with correct working way, optimize working procedure, achieve company’s goals.
8. 监控中山办公室的预算,控制办公室运营成本Monitor office budget, control the operation cost
9. 负责中山办公室各部门的人员管理及绩效考核Be responsible for staff management & performance evaluation
10. 优化中山办公室的各项管理制度Optimize the management system of ZS office
11. 公司委派的其它工作任务Other responsibilities that are assigned to you
任职要求:
1、本科或以上,硕士以上优先考虑/ Bachelor or above,Master Degree or above preferred
2、专业不限,国际贸易、商务英语、MBA或管理类相关专业优先
International Business, English major, MBA or related management majors preferred, but not limited to
3、10年以上国内外采购或进出口贸易经验,5年以上外国公司同等职位人员管理经验
At least 10 years’ working experience in domestic and international stocking or import and export trading, at least 5 years experience as the similar position in foreign company on managing a team.
4、英语听说读写流利. Good English in speaking and writing
5、具备组建良好工作模式及带领采购团队的能力Have strong ability of building good working mode and leading sourcing team.
6、具备较强的人员管理与统筹解决问题的能力Have strong ability of managing people & problem solving.
7、具备很强的商业意识Have strong sense of business
8、具备很强的谈判能力,逻辑思维及统筹能力强,善于沟通协调,能在高压力下工作,工作效率高Have strong abilities of negotiation, logical and good at planning, skill at communication and coordination, can work under pressure and efficient
9、熟悉办公室软件及电脑操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office application.
10、注意细节,责任心强 Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
11、优秀的沟通技巧,积极,富团队合作精神 Team worker, active, strong communication skills

13、懂MICRO SOFT PROJECT MANAGEMENT ,能熟练运用和培训团队使用
Be familiar with MS Project Management, can train the team on this.
14、懂产品成本结构核算,能正确认识及把握价格,确保所采购的产品之高性价比
Good understanding on product cost breakdown, can judge if the price good or not, make sure good cost performance of the purchased products.
15、懂供应链管理,能整合采购渠道,优化采购方案,达到以低成本又高效安全的运作项目订单 ,并逐步降低公司采购成本.
Familiar with supplier chain management, can integrate purchase channels, optimize purchase plan then to operate the projects and orders in high efficiency as well as low cost. Need to make the cost down gradually.
16、具备一定的合同法务知识
Has basic law knowledge on contract judgment.
