职位描述：

Duties:
1. Be responsible for the development of the POU cooler and filtration product.

2. Develop process and procedure for product development and product maintenance.

3.Manage the work of structure design engineers, tooling and sample. And provide necessary support to the team to reach the target. Set up and follow KPI for R&D group.

4.Manage the project to complete on time and cost within the range.
5. Review all running key customers and development project.
6. Execute activities with well-organized priority in terms of time, cost and technology.

7. Maintain positive working atmosphere, actively motivate members toward target
8. Train and develop new engineers in the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree from a recognized university in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.

2. At least 5 years’ experience of R&D manager. And have strong Product Engineering management skills.

3. At least 10 years of product design experience such as Good Drawing Office practices, Tolerance Analysis, Design For Assembly, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Proficient in using Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.
4. Understand Top-Down design approach. Good working experience in plastic injection mould parts design.

5. With product design experience of POU cooler and filtration product is prefer.
6. Strong communication skill with other departments and our customers.
7. Fluent oral and written English.
