Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and operational audits within Group.
- Customize and design audit programs for effective execution.
- Document process flow, identify internal controls and test their effectiveness.
- Interpret results, assess impact on risk exposures and formulate improvement opportunities.
- Conduct opening and closing meetings with auditees.
- Draft and report relevant findings with recommendations.
- Review and conduct follow-up on corrective action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- CPA/CIA is preferred.

Experience
- At lease 2 years of internal audit experience in a commercial/ manufacturing environment.
- 1-3 years of external audit experience in audit firm is preferred but not a must.
- Working experience in MNC is preferred.

Special Skills, abilities and knowledge required
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact well with colleagues from diverse culture.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Unquestionable integrity.
- Good command of Mandarin and English (both writing & speaking).
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
