岗位职责：
1、通过淘宝旺旺、QQ等聊天工具接待客户，解答疑问，获取订单；
2、与客户在线交流, 了解客户需求,跟进订单直至交易完成, 妥善处理客户投诉,保证客户满意。
3、商品上下架及其他网店商品信息维护；
4、帮助顾客查询订单， 处理销售及收货纠纷；
5、处理顾客使用及售后咨询；
6、处理顾客退换货；
7、诊断问题及责任判断；

任职要求：
1.熟悉淘宝网购物流程，有淘宝客服或卖家经验者优先考虑录用, 懂photoshop优先；
2.有较强的学习能力、沟通和说服能力、灵活踏实服从管理；
3.有客户服务意识和销售技巧;
4.对在线销售和电子商务具有浓厚的兴趣和遇事坚持不懈的精神；
5.头脑清晰,思维敏捷,懂得消费者心理,语言表达能力强,擅于沟通；
6.售后客服要有超强的耐心；

Contribution to reduce CO2 emissions
Carbon Dioxide(CO2) is one of the main factors leading to Green House Effect. Industrial or human daily activities are adding the emission of CO2 to the planet, which makes the Green House Effect worser. LOYAL LED Light save 80% of energy when compared with incandescent lamps, it means 80% emission of CO2 will be reduced from relevant 80% saved electricity power generation.

Many countries and areas recognized that reduction of CO2 is very important to the planet; some of them had taken measures to phase out incandescent bulbs over next dozen years. Australia announced ban to phase out incandescent bulbs in 2010. California in USA will ban the sales of general-service incandescent lamp by 2012.
