1.负责业务评审单接收、找相关人员签置、发放并回复等沟通工作； 中山市南区城南路二号（城南客运站旁边）
　
2.跟踪生产（业务评审单）定单的进度，并随时反馈；
　
3.负责出货单的接收、发放，组织货物、安排运输、跟踪、办理发货；
　
4.负责使用说明书的打印、装订；
　
5.协助人事档案管理及员工考勤录入、汇总工作。
　
6.负责烧录机台的小卡程序。
　
7.负责与业务部门的接口沟通、协调工作。
　
8.快递件的接收、发放或及时通知购件人领用。
　
9.依时完成上级领导交待的工作任务
