Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sea freight export & import operation
• Provide friendly and professional service to our customers
• P/O follow-up of import and export business sea for assigned customers
• Answer customer inquiries
• Co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments
• Back up other team members per team leader intruction.

Requirements:

• College or above
• At least 2 years working experience in global logistics industry
• Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good communication, interpersonal skills
• Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude
• PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail
