Responsibilities:

1.Supervise the team in charge of the quality (supplier quality, onsite quality control, quality system) and laboratories

2.Measure performance against company and external standards

3.Review existing policies and plan how to improve quality management systems

4.Organize inspection and product and production process testing

5.Employ statistical analysis to analyze methods of inspection, testing and product quality

6.Collaborate with R&D and other departments to achieve first pass success on new product qualifications.

7.Make sure than products, policies and procedures meet national and international standards



Qualifications

? Bachelor degree in electronic of mechanic

? Proven experience in quality control and quality assurance

? Experience to manage electronic testing or battery testing laboratory

? Good communication skill and problem solving ability

? Fluent in English
