职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
?Handle all project engineering processes from prototyping to production.
?Coordinate multi-disciplinary product development activities with HK,US office and vendor.
?Communicate and resolve all product, quality and performance issues between factories, vendors and the product development team.
?Coordinate testing of parts and completed units to determine their reliability and safety. Recommend any necessary changes and manage the implementation of the changes.
?Review sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and prototypes from vendors and internal sources to determine feasibility, reliability and safety of the product.
?Actively manage new product timelines and ensure that vendors are on-track to meet committed ship dates.
?Work with Project Manager in the development of product in regards to safety and reliability.
?Create product drawings, designs and sketches using a variety of media for internal and external communication and review
?Review new vendor facilities as required. Work with QC personnel to resolve any issues that arise during production. Assist vendor partners in developing engineering & production capabilities when needed.
?Evaluate the product management or engineering performance. Follow up and monitor the product management or engineering issues with vendors. Provide technical support to vendors for smooth operation.
?Other engineering duties assigned by manager or director staff.
Requirement
? Bachelor Degree graduated from Engineering / Manufacturing
?With 5 years or above experience in toys buying/trading office as project engineer. At least 2 years or above in management level. Experience from factory background is definite assets.
?Strong in project management procedures.
?Excellent leadership & communication skills. Proficiency in written English and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
?Fully conversant with MS Office applications. Advance Level Excel for reports and summary. Strong knowledge on Auto-CAD and Pro-E Software.
?Initiative, able to work independently, and carries strong sense of responsibility.
