Responsibilities：

- Making test plan according to main production plan.
- Attending kick-off meeting of new orders, and assess the special test requirement.
- Creating test procedure and test records according to technical agreement and design documents.
- Checking test records and test reports.
- Performing transformer test.
- Analyzing test data and editing the nameplate data.
- Analyzing the root causes of test failures and making the test failure report.
- Responsible for the quality improvement activity/project of test section.
- Training testers.
- Making transformer testing standards and SOPs of test operation.
- Communicating the testing issues with the customers in Chinese or in English.
- Supporting sales, project management or other functions as required.
- 根据总体生产 计划安排变压器的试验计划。
- 参加合同技术协议移交会，并评估特殊试验要求。
- 根据技术协议和设计文件编写试验方案和试验记录。
- 审查试验记录、试验报告。
- 参与产品试验。
- 分析试验数据并编写变压器铭牌数据。
- 参与试验失败原因分析并完成分析报告。
- 负责试验质量改进活动或项目。
- 培训试验员。
- 负责编写变压器的试验标准和试验的标准操作程序文件。
- 与客户用中文或英文沟通试验问题。
- 支持销售、项目管理或其它部门的工作。

Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in High Voltage Insulation,Electrical Engineering,Electric and Its Automation or Electric related.
- CET-6 with good English skills.
- Good communication skills.
- 本科学历及以上，主修高电压绝缘、电气工程、电气自动化或强电类专业。
- 英语水平六级，具备良好的听说读写能力。
- 良好的沟通能力。
