responsibility
主要职责

1. Responsible for all the activities of the plant supply chain team including customer delivery, customer services ,purchases of raw materials, supplies, equipment or services.
1. 全面负责公司的供应链管理工作，包括订单交付，原材料采购，客户服务等工作

2. Understand the business and growth strategy of the plant and be responsible for development and execution of the plant’s supply chain strategies and action plans.
2. 深入理解公司业务策略，制定公司的供应链策略和并实施

3. Communicate and coordinate with the Asia Supply Chain team and Sales team for best understand the customer demand on volume forecast, delivery, quality and potential localization needs.
3. 保持与亚洲供应链团队和销售团队的沟通，解读客户需求，包括订单预测，交付，质量管控以及其他潜在的特殊需求

4. Communicate and work closely with production team to best understand the production needs and material supply requirements. Solve issues and problems timely in a team work approach.
4. 保持与生产团队的密切沟通，确保原材料的供应，并协调解决出现的问题

5. Teach and develop the supply chain team of the plant. Prepare and implement training and development plans for the key talents of the supply chain team.
5. 供应链团队的管理，包括训练和发展部属

Requirement
岗位要求

1. Minimum of 8 years supply chain and/or purchasing/managerial experiences.
1. 8年以上供应链管理经验

2. At least bachelor degree in engineering, materials management , English or business management.
2. 工程，物资管理，英语或工商管理专业，本科以上学历

3. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
3. 优秀的沟通，组织，协调和表达能力

4. Fluent English
