Job Description:
1 Monthly closing and analysis reports to US Headquarter, ensure integrity of financial and reporting.
2 Ensure strong system of internal controls and compliance with corporate guidance. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
3 Budget and rolling forecast preparation and monitoring, and provide valuable input to operations.
4 Working capital management to meet corporate target.
5 Partner with general management and provide effective business measurement and analytics.
6 Team work with other functions to tackle challenges and find solutions.
7 Training and development of department staff.
8 Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:
1 University degree holder. Qualification in ACCA/ CPA or MBA degree holder is a plus.
2 Excellent English (spoken as well as written) as direct and frequent communication with US headquarter is required.
3 Minimum eight years working experience in accounting and finance roles.
4 Prior experience in managerial role with full P&L responsibility is required. Possession of broad overall business experience is preferred.
5 Experience with budgeting and financial modeling of a full business.
6 Experience as a key spokesperson for the business (e.g. holding meetings, preparing and making presentations).
7 Experience in a US owned business (for familiarity with US GAAP, the US FCPA laws, cultural differences, etc.).
